Our Program is a high-energy, adaptive tennis and fitness program for children and young adults with Down syndrome. We provide fun and rewarding 90-minute clinics on a weekly basis.

Buddy Up Tennis provides an enjoyable supportive environment where Athletes can learn to play tennis while engaging in activities in order to improve their athletic, social and emotional development with one on one attention from their Buddies. Athletes belong to a team, have the opportunity to progress throughout the program, foster friendships, build confidence, and so much more. These are life skills that are valuable both on and off the courts.

The Buddy Up Tennis Program hosts weekly 90-minute clinics. These clinics are broken down into 30 minutes of fitness conditioning, and 60 minutes of professional tennis instruction. Buddies (Volunteers) are partnered with Athletes, to provide one-on-one attention and grow meaningful connections and relationships. No tennis experience is required. Team T-shirts and racquets are provided.
